TEL Classics: Yazad and Mahesh

I just thought I’d post a rerun from my old blog.

Yazad and Mahesh (a blogger who seems to have gone into retirement) decided to have dinner at a seafood joint. Unfortunately, Yazad ditched Mahesh. He didn’t turn up. Irritated, Mahesh had dinner all by himself and wrote about it in an essay titled Jal bin Macchli.

Nope. It is not tautology. As I neglected to mention that you both are heterosexual males, I thought I should clarify what exactly I meant by ditching.

Not retirement. Vacation. Blogger who has gone on vacation. Not retirement.

Ahem… now I know why my search logs were showing an increasing number of queries for “Jal bin Macchli” :)
